I haven't actually tried this yet, but i am very enticed to try. XP is one of the most stable versions of windows aside from the newer windows 7 and 8. But due to some preset settings XP slows down especially when the registry is full. On my XP desktop i only use a registry cleaner to speed it up. A bloated registry is one of the main reasons why windows slows down.
