Haktech: Facts about Megan Fox that you dont know about



    Megan Fox is Born in Tennessee on 16 May 1986, Megan is of Irish, French and Native American ancestry. She was raised as a Roman Catholic, and spent her childhood attending Catholic school.

As a child, her favourite cartoon was not 'Transformers', but ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’.

Megan started training in drama and dance at age five. She once attended a dance class at a community center there and she was a part of her elementary school choir group. Not only that, she was a part of the school swim team.

By the age of 13, Megan was already quite a model: she won several modeling and talent awards at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention.


Despite being a part-time model, Megan revealed that she wasn’t popular in high school. In fact, she hated school; revealing that she was always bullied and picked on, and she was forced to eat her lunch in the bathroom to avoid being "pelted with ketchup packets".

Despite being one of the hottest girls in school, Megan revealed that her parents didn’t allow her to date guys while she was a teenager or invite friends to her house. She only started dating after moving out from her parents’ house.

She used to be a cheerleader in high school.

Megan revealed that, as a teenager, her favourite movie was ‘Scream’. She listed Nirvana as her favourite band

At the age of 16, Megan landed her first film role. She played spoilt-brat Brianna Wallace in the 2001 teen flick ‘Holiday in the Sun’. A year later, she made her television debut in the TV series ‘Ocean Avenue.’

In 2004, Megan landed her first major movie role: she starred alongside Lindsay Lohan in ‘Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen’. The same year, she scored her first major role in a TV series. Playing Sydney Shanowski, she was a regular on ‘Hope and Faith’ until the show was cancelled two years later.

Not many know this, but Megan had a cameo role in the 2003 blockbuster ‘Bad Boys II’. She played a dancer in a night club.

In 2007, Megan became an overnight household name when she was cast to play the lead female role in ‘Transformers’. During an interview, director Michael Bay revealed that he made Megan “wash his Ferrari” while he filmed her during the audition. That famous hood scene in the movie? Yup, Michael’s idea.

While shooting ‘Transformers’, it was reported that she lost two of her big toenails.

When asked which is her favourite Decepticon, Megan said she likes Devastator because “he is a Constructicon”. Her favourite Autobot? Bumblebee, of course.

When she appeared on set for the second ‘Transformers’ movie, director Michael Bay asked her to put on five kilograms because she was a little bit too skinny.

    In November 2008, Megan joined fellow Hollywood stars Scarlett Johansson, Jared Leto and Christina Ricci in featuring in a line of celebrity trading cards. The sale proceeds of the trading cards goes to charities selected by the stars.

In 2008, she was named the sexiest women in the world by readers of FHM magazine. Not only that, she revealed that she subscribes to the men’s magazine as well

By 2009, Megan was so famous that a few online men’s website decided to boycott her on their sites. August 4th that year was known as ‘A Day with No Megan Fox’, and several websites – including the super popular AskMen.com – have promised not to mention or feature her.

However, not everyone wanted to boycott Megan; British newspaper The Sun declared August 4th as Megan Fox Day because “she deserves a day dedicated to her”. Oh yes, she does!

She appeared with ‘Lost’ actor Dominic Monaghan in the music video for Eminem and Rihanna's single "Love the Way You Lie".

Megan has a fear of flying. She revealed that she developed the fear when she was 20, and she listens to Britney Spears songs while flying to overcome the fear.

Not only that, she’s also revealed that she suffers from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and said that she can't use public cutlery or enter a restroom without feeling uncomfortable.

She has revealed that she has eight tattoos in total; including her husband's name "Brian" on her lower hip. She has a tattoo of Marilyn Monroe on her inner right arm, but she’s currently getting it removed because she “didn’t want it anymore”.

    Megan is a fan of anime and comics, and her favorite artist is Michael Turner of ‘Fathom’. In fact, she revealed that his comics are her “long time obsession”.

Megan is also an avid gamer, revealing that she mostly “plays online and (other gamers) have no idea.” She once said that she’s addicted to ‘Halo: Reach’, and lists ‘Guitar Hero’ as one of her favorite games ever.

When she was 15, Megan was reportedly banned from entering a Wall-Mart store in her hometown because she apparently shop-lifted makeup.
