Negativity is the main deterring factor to a person's success in any endeavor he commits himself into. This negativity is by nature embedded in every person serving as to check and balance one's decision making but in reality will only bring a person to nowhere instead of succeeding in the chosen venture. A counter-strategy must be worked out to deal with this negativity which hinders a person to his success. The best counter-strategy to negativity is positive affirmation. This refers to positive statements focusing on achieving one's goals and aims thereby minimizing the existence of negative thoughts within a person. Positive affirmation is the most popular and widely known strategy to counter negativity because of its simplicity and effectivity. Keeping a positive outlook will surely result to positive outcomes and this is also the key factor to success in life. This could be achieved by writing positive statements addressed to one's self serving as a personal note to success which one could regularly see making it difficult to be forgotten, thus, being consistently implanted to one's consciousness serving as a guide to one's actions. Getting used to thinking positive thoughts and being reminded of the said positive affirmation will automatically elicit from a person the desired actions which could lead to success. Sticking to one's mind these positive affirmations will ascertain the possibility of achieving what was aimed for.
